So...I LOVED this product, for the 5 weeks that it worked. My charging port unattached from the embedded circuit board within & is rendered useless. My return window closed 4 days ago & no sign of the manufacturer website to chase replacement/refund...until this changes, 1 star out of 5 is too many.

Since there are so many 5 star reviews of this product, I am willing to assume I just got a defective pair. The earbuds would not pair properly with some devices. One such device said the earbuds were paired, but no sound came through at any volume. On one device where the earbuds paired and sound came through, the sound (of music) was truly awful.

Expensive for what you get. It only lasts 2-3 hours on a full charge. Sometimes less.The connection is unreliable. It can only stay connected when you are no more than 20 feet away. I was running laps in the basketball gym and it was constantly cutting off.The case is supposed to be a charging station but it doesn't charge the earphones at all.Needs more quality control. Cannot recommend.

Got my headphones in 1 day, the sound quality in great. I also have the Apple wireless earbuds - and I prefer the wireless headphones because it's 3 times cheaper and the quality is about the same.

Even though they supply several pads, none of them stay snug in the ear. I had to wear a hair band around them to keep them in.

I was very unhappy with this purchase. The sound quality was not great, and they stopped working after 6 mths of light use. One ear bud stopped charging, so I was unable to use it. Within 3 weeks, the second ear bud stopped charging also. Therefore, 6 months after purchase, I am left with non-working earbuds and a lot of disappointment.

So far so good. They don’t amplify loud. I have to have it on the highest volume level. I’m somewhat deaf though. Comfortable and convenient. Still remains to be seen if they last.
