I am a breadth away from being 70 and have grip and right shoulder issues, but this puppy really does the job well, leaving no fear of accidently slicing something that shouldn't be sliced. The handle makes movement so much easier for me as I have trouble with grip strength and shoulder range of motion. I was a bit skeptical about the nonmetallic blade at first. No worries now, although for some of the heavier boxes I do have to run through more than once to cut cleanly. Having previously used scissors and regular box cutters, I have no complaints with doing that, though. At least with these, I can cut safely and, let's be honest, I had to do multiple cuts also sometimes with the scissors or metallic cutters. And I love the colors of fuschia and yellow! It looks quite snazzy and untool like, almost like a fashion accessory or decoration. Pretty and practical. This truly is a fantastic buy!

We had one of these box cutters at the office that we call Slicey Boy and everyone coveted it, so I couldn't resist ordering one for home for unpacking moving boxes. Highly recommend for the clumsy to safely open boxes without injury and it comes in snazzy colors.

I love this thing. Much easier than scissors. It doesn’t look or feel sharp but it really does cut boxes and packages open no problem no effort.

Pretty good. This is a replacement for a previous one that fell apart when dropped around a metre onto wooden floor. It works well but not durable.
