I like the instalation procedure. mine was replaceing and older one "another brand" so I already had my under counter cut off valves set up for this and I had the appropiate electrical outlet . My works very good have hot water quickly and plenty of it.

I put this water heater directly under the sink in a cabinet and it is amazing. Water temperature gets very hot and it's quick. Everything has been working great for over a month. Pretty easy to install

Great product overall, saves money in the long run. Easy to install and setup. for instant hot water on tap this is the best unit so far. Now make sure the unit is installed on a 20 amp circuit breaker if other appliances share the circuit . Overall for the price a great buy.

I based my decision to order this product on the written product description that says 110v.However, it's a 240v unit which, I did find was listed on one of the product photos, but only once it arrived.

I saw the dimensions in the listing but have to admit I couldn't beleive quite how small this is until I got it. The 6.5kw heater (note it's 240v, the other models are 120v) is about the size of a cereal box..so easily something you could mount under a cabinet. My use case is for outdoor cleaning, so I appreciate that it's waterproof (splash-proof not drop it in the pool waterproof). It comes with a 2-3ft pigtail wire that you can either attach a plug or wire into a box... But note if you need a longer wire, I don't see an easy way to remove the pigtail and install your own wires directly.The outlets are 1/2" NPT so I had to add adapters to attach a garden hose but easily able to find those at my local hardware store. Additionally it comes with a bracket for mounting to the wall.Once water was hooked up and you power it on, it wastes no time getting to business heating water. The digital display tells you the current temperature of the heated water and you can adjust it to as low a 86 degrees fahrenheit. The unit is perfectly quiet and didn't get warm to the touch after running for more than 10 minutes.All around a great item that works well. The included instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.
