Pistachio Cream, Pistachio Paste, Pistachio Spread, Pistachio Cream for Dubai...

I have tried making the "viral Dubai chocolate bar" and have tried several editions of the bar I have found in stores in my area. The homemade bars beat the store bars by a long shot. I have tried a few different brands of pistachio cream for the filling, and this one is a good choice. The price is competitive, the texture works well in the bar, and the taste is nice. Sweet but a definite pistachio flavor. The size of this jar is just slightly bigger than the oz called for in my recipe, so it worked great. This size jar will make 2 large bars, mixed with 3 cups of kataifi and 2 T of tahini (you'll of course also need the chocolate to line your molds and seal the bottom). My son commented that the filling doesn't look as green as other bars, but I think some of those bars must use food coloring. This is clearly green before you mix it with everything else, but when you mix in that much kaitifi it just doesn't stay bright green!

These are so good! They taste very rich and smooth, but the last 2 times I bought them, they were not completely sealed.

Very good and tasty product. Those smells so good and had a nice color. It could use more pistachio content but made a good base for dubai chocolates.

This is by far the best pistachio butter I’ve tried. It’s silky, indulgent, and absolutely irresistible! The texture is wonderfully smooth, and the flavor is rich without being overpowering.

Easy for toasts

It tasted great and has less pistachio content than some of the other brands which is probably why this one was cheaper. I'm giving this a 4 star because like some of the other customers I thought the jar was pretty empty, so I decided to weigh the content with my kitchen scale. It says 200g of product but when I weighed it it was only 176 grams so I do think my jar was more empty than advertised which is a big no no.
