Havells is a good brand but I faced issue with this product twice. First iron stopped working in just one week, so I had to replace it with another one. Return was not possible so I had to compulsory select replace option. The replaced iron worked fine for around 8 months. But then after it also stopped working. So I raised a complaint through Amazon, the technician from havells visited within 24 hours and got it repaired.
