This is a revised review because I made a mistake in the first one. It seemed that a piece of the stand was missing, but it turned out that the extra length was tucked into the long piece that I had received and just needed to be expanded. However, this was not easy to see or figure out - a user video helped me. There is no indication in the instruction book (which is not well done).I'm just starting to use the product. It's easy - I keep the stand by my bed and do resting yoga poses while I use it. I have some sense of energy movement in my body, stimulated by the light, so I am hopeful for healing effects. Too early to tell! My goal is to have more energy following a long bout with long covid.

I have been using it for a while now, and I am extremely satisfied with it. The adjustable stand and holder are really convenient. I can easily place it in different positions whether I am at home reading a book or working in the office. It allows me to direct the light to the exact body part that needs treatment. For example, when I had a backache after a long day of sitting, I adjusted the lamp to shine on my lower back. After several sessions of 20 minutes each day, I felt a significant reduction in pain.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together. At first, I thought this came missing a pole. It isn’t, just have to adjust by pulling the pole to your desired length.Haven’t had it long enough to say it does the skin wonders, but it does seem to stimulate circulation and lymphatic movement after workouts. RLT has helped with my shoulder pain, but seems to be taking a bit longer on my upper and mid back,; however, self-inflicted stress is the cause.I have another RLT device that I use in combination with this one, alternating use depending on where I am at the time. One’s not better than the other. They both could use some tweaking, especially in the holding knobs/attachments that are meant to keep things in place and not move or swing around.All in all, it’s okay, definitely not professional grade.

disappointed as i had to return for refund. it stopped working after a few minutes. the panel would flicker after a few minutes being on and then go off. the panel is much smaller than shown in the photo but doable. it's all very plastic feel though. The panel isn't huge as shown in their picture but at least you would not worry about it tipping over and landing on you or hurting you. the panel is light in weight but still use a 10 lb. hand weight on the floor plate as extra precaution against it tipping over. The worse part is the design of the back of the panel where the plug is to connect to the cord from remote that is connected to the power adapter. it would have been better if the panel had its own permanent pigtail - one end connected to the panel and the other end of the tail to connecti to the cord from the power adapter. it was extremely difficult to plug in the panel because there's barely room for you to push the plug into the panel and i already have small hands and fingers. it's a poor design. When the panel went off, i had to jiggle the plug on the back of the panel so it would light up again but it kept going off every few minutes. this has not been a good experience. i used it (tried to use it) only one time and it is going back for a refund.

need to set something heavy on the base so it won't tip over but it's a good size and the price was right! It also came with a separate table stand which is great too. All and all I'm very satisfied with the Therapy Lamp. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this light. I turn it on first thing in the morning and I meditate under it. Honestly it has helped me so much.It was super easy to put together. I love that it's so adjustable. I can make it as tall or a short as I need it to be. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
