Great little tempering machine
The media could not be loaded. I admit at first I had my doubts, that’s because I didn’t trust the temperature reading & lacked knowledge of how to operate it. My first batch had chocolate everywhere. I’m not one to give up so I started it up for a second batch which was far More successful. It heats up, tempers well and maintains the desired holding temperature. It is small. I have only been able to ladle chocolate into two molds containing between 21 & 24 individual molds. Depending how fast and sure handed I am, I can swipe off the excess chocolate back into the seeding area of the bowl. Sometimes neatly sometimes rather messy. It functions very well, I just wish it was bigger.They have a bigger one, which is out of my price range. This machine frees you up to make fillings, clean up or just take care of other tasks. You need to be careful when you’re learning to insert the baffle with the two prongs into the unit otherwise you’ll bend them. The trick for my machine seems to require I lift it so the top of the baffle touches the bottom of the piece holding the baffle, while slightly moving it to the right. Both the prongs slip in and the other end also slides into its slot. Hope that was clear enough. The reviewer who posted a broken baffle, must have left the chocolate in the bowl to set up solid, then tried turning on the machine. That would indeed break the baffle.Once you turn off the machine you have to pour out the chocolate on to a Silicone mat or parchment paper. Since it’s tempered it will harden and you can be used again. It’s solidly made.

Waste of money
It’s expensive for a small machine. We thought it might be worth it but it stopping working after few uses !!I returned it more than ten days ago and didn’t receive my money backVery disappointing

Cheap, plastic parts
Temperature gauge not accurate and the plastic top broke after dropping it on the kitchen floor. For the price this machine, it’s not reliable and incredibly flimsy. I write this review after using the product just a handful of times in the 6 months I’ve had it.

Great for business startups
If you’re trying to start your business in chocolate you might want to consider this one. Easy to use, not too expensive and it’s easy if you’re starting chocolate making

Works well, but you have to be patient, and it's noisy.
This works as it should. It tempers chocolate well and is relatively easy to use. A couple issues I have with it:1. it is noisy, the motor and gears are loud.2. for all that it is, it is expensive.3. if chocolate gets inside/under the bowl, be prepared to take it apart and clean it from inside out.4. if you try to load it with a maximum amount of chocolate, the unmelted chocolate climbs out of the bowl.I'm sort of happy with it, though.
