Inverter works great excellent customer support.
So far so good. I have mounted and connected the inverter to two 48v batteries. They were delivered at about 45% SOC. I hooked up my grid 120v to the inverter to charge to 100%. Initially it didn't work but after contacting sales by email and customer support they directed me how to set two parameters (#68 and #28) to enable. 5 hours later my batteries were fully charged by my 20amp grid power.. very response support and local to Fullerton, CA.

It works and fast transfer
Well so far so good. wiring was straightforward. One huge thing you should know is; In the past i had a different AIO inverter but every time it went from Utility to battery my TV woukd turn off. no matter what settings I tried to adjust the tv would turn off. However with this sungold 6500 watts 2 phase inverter, my tv does not turn off when it goes from utility to battery. I am happy with it. the wifi app is not as useful and does not even give you tbe battery voltage just a SOC which is not really helpful. Over all I recomend and say this is a much better purchase than the lower costing units.

Buen inversor
Muy buen inversor. Lo que deberían de mejorar es la parte del calor. Este inversor se calienta mucho. Tuve que hacer conducto de salida y ponerle ventiladores. Hasta el momento ha funcionado excelentemente y tiene certificación UL.

Works well and good quality.
It has been running for about 6 months now and working as I planned. Currently I only have 3 lightly loaded circuits connected with no solar panels attached so basically it is running in UTI mode as a UPS. I plan on moving the deep freezer and refrigerator circuits to the panel and adding 3,000 watts of solar when I get a support structure built. So far it is working flawlessly with my 2 Vatrer server rack batteries. I dropped one star due to the complexity of the manual and clarity of the instructions but it does exactly as advertised and appears to be a well built unit. One thing that is more of an annoyance than anything is the cooling fans constantly cycle on and off, maybe every 8-10 minutes. If you are nearby trying to sleep, say in a small cabin, unless your hearing is diminished, it might keep you up at night. If it ran constantly at a slower speed until more cooling was needed it would be better, in my opinion. Works great and barely flickers the lights when it switches to battery when the power drops.
