Perfect ones!
These are handles you insert into rubber loops, and honestly, I don’t regret buying them for a second. They feel much better than metal handles — more comfortable, not heavy, and much easier on the hands. Another big advantage is that they put less stress on the rubber loops, so there’s a lower chance of damaging or ripping the bands compared to metal attachments. Overall, they feel safer, lighter, and more comfortable, and they actually made me enjoy using my resistance bands more. Definitely a better option than metal handles.

Excellent Addition to my Gym for Bands & Straps
I use these with both fabric resistance bands and with my isometric straps. They are well made, sturdy, easy to attach, and feel good in my hands. I sanded off the coating and oiled them because I prefer the feel of the wood. I have tested them in many different positions and have not had any problem with the bands slipping off. Also I find the grip handle to fit well in my hand (size med/lg). A good addition for anyone who uses bands or straps.

Very solid and light. Great for deadlifts and rows
Deadlifts and bent over rows with multiple bands were twisting and cutting into my hands and I wanted something fast to use and very light for travel. These handles make those lifts much more comfortable. I'm using 41" bands and didn't want metal handles because they are so much bigger. The wood is light but seems really solid. I don't think these would be useful for push exercises, like chest press or overhead press. A bar designed for bands is more versatile but it weighs more, costs more, and takes up more space.

Awesome
These handles are great, super heavy duty and exactly what I was looking for to work with my resistance bands

Work great!
I love these! I primarily use bands to work out and these do a great job of not having g to grip the bands and get my sweat on them!

Not for big hands.
I liked these but they're too small for my hands. Pros: The finish is smooth for the most part. Feel very solid, have some give for heavier loads but don't feel flimsy at all. I'd imagine they're comfortable for people with medium or small hands. I really like the design and the fact they're made of wood. It makes them more environmentally friendly than plastics. I wish they were available in a larger size. Cons: Too small for big hands. The cutout for getting the bands into them cuts into my hands on every rep because they're not big enough. The cutout on one of the handles has a chip in it that rubs. I'd have given the handles four stars if not for that chip. The finish is pretty good otherwise. I'd recommend these handles to anyone looking to get into loop resistance bands that has medium or small hands, but I'd warn anyone with larger hands away from them. They're a good option otherwise. I'm guessing the chip in my pair was a manufacturing defect.

Wraps don’t stick. Bigger than expected
Really hard if thinking wood may be slightly softer than metal. Sturdy. Concept is good. Tried a few moves and used the included wraps for the wood. This made gripping them feel better, but there was no way to adhere the wrap to the handle. Ridiculous. Diameter comfortable, length adequate.

Finally!
These things are amazing! Perfect for heavy bands. Even when wearing gloves I was killing my hands doing squats and dead lifts. These things are a life saver. I’m sure there are other applications I can use them for, but I mainly got them for those 2 exercises. I have big hands too so the grip is easy for me.
