Not annoyingly loud or even loud for that matter. Had it in the car with us and it wasn't loud or annoying.

Strong made & easy to clean
My daughter has had Pandy for years and the quality of the material has survived ages 3-6. As a mom my favorite part is how easy it is to clean off dirt or spilled juice. This was a great "Santa" surprise!!!!
