Was a bit skeptical at first but I think it definitely helps to relax you and improves sleep quality! I like that it’s sweet and tastes like hot chocolate. There’s a hint of earthiness and bitterness as it’s dark chocolate. It’s very easy to use as you only need a tablespoon and can mix it with anything. Worth checking out if you have trouble sleeping!

Relaxing evening drink, but didn’t quite suit my sleep routine Taste: 7/10 Performance: 7/10 Quality: 8/10 I tried this for a full week before bed and found it definitely helped relax both my mind and body. The taste is similar to a low calorie hot chocolate. There is a slight hint of artificial sweetener but it is not overpowering. It has a nice chocolate aroma and dissolves well with hot water. Sleep and recovery are a big part of my training, so I am always interested in trying products that might support that process. I already take magnesium glycinate for sleep, and while this drink helped me feel relaxed in the evenings, I personally found my sleep was a little more broken during the week. That may simply be how my body reacts to the ingredients rather than the product itself. At £35 for 30 servings, it works out at about £1.16 per drink, which is quite expensive compared to tablet alternatives, although the ingredients and overall feel of the product suggest good quality. Pros • Helps you relax before bed • Nice chocolate smell and flavour • Mixes well with hot water Cons • Quite pricey compared to similar supplements • Sleep quality was not quite as good for me personally Overall, it is a quality product and could work well for people who enjoy a relaxing nighttime drink. It just did not quite outperform my current sleep routine.

I’ve been using Astro Dust consistently and have genuinely noticed a difference in my sleep. I’m finding it easier to switch off when I get into bed, falling asleep quicker and having fewer wake-ups through the night. I’m also waking up feeling properly rested rather than groggy. Recovery is important to me as I train regularly, and better sleep makes a noticeable difference. It tastes great as well, which makes it easy to stick to as part of a night routine. It’s been a solid addition to my routine and one that I’ll be sticking with.

Absolutely love this! Me and my partner have been using it for the past week and it tastes lovely. I’m much more relaxed in the evening and sleeping so much better! Would highly recommend 10/10

Love this product, I have been trying different things to help with my sleep and this as a hot chocolate drink in the evening is helping me to switch off. The product tastes nice and it’s sweet so don’t need to add any sweetener etc.. no bitter taste and it mixes well, not grainy and no bits left in your cup. Well done Space Goods!!

Yuck! I liked Spacegoods Rainbow dust and thought this would taste similiar, but this Astro Dust is sickly sweet. I couldn't drink even 1 cup of it and its gone in the bin. I don't know what I was thinking spending this much on glorified cocoa. I've now found its better to just have plain cocoa mixed with milk and hot chocolate... its much much cheaper and at least you know what is in it!

Really interesting drink! The flavour was chocolatey but with something extra, but not mushroomy if thay makes sense. Marking down 1 star purely as I had some trouble getting it to fully mix. I'd recommend using a shaker or a small electric stick milk frother style mixer to get this blended well or its a little difficult to stir up in a glass with a spoon. Definitely makes for a nice evening drink and looking forward to seeing how it works for me and the health benefits! Also 10/10 quality packaging, very pretty and definitely will keep the powder fresh.

I struggle with my sleep so after trying this for a week I can safely say that the stats from my fitness watch look like they’ve come from a different person. I am able to fall asleep easier, I stay asleep, and my body battery is high when I wake up, my sleep score is the highest it’s been in years and my training readiness and recovery time is a lot shorter due to better restorative sleep. I did take a while to start trying this as the thought of mushrooms put me off but you can’t taste anything other than chocolate. I’m really happy and will continue to use it.

Durch große Veränderungen in meinem Leben habe ich seit vielen, vielen Wochen mit Schlafproblemen zu kämpfen. Einschlafen, Durchschlafen, Leichter Schlaf... Nur mit Schlafmitteln ging es einigermaßen, hatte dann aber oft am nächsten morgen Überhang. Seit zwei Wochen trinke ich nun jeden Abend ca. 30 min vor dem Schlafengehen 8g Astro Dust in einem heißen Milch-Wasser-Gemisch - und ich kann einfach so gut schlafen und bin am nächsten Morgen erholt und fit, so wie es sein soll! Was für eine Erleichterung! Nebenbei finde ich auch, dass meine Haut sich verbessert hat, obwohl das einzige, was ich wirklich verändert habe, Astro Dust ist. Vielleicht auch durch Reishi? Vielleicht Tremella? Vielleicht Jujube? Vielleicht die Kombi? Was aber niemand sagt: Vorsicht bei Personen mit Leberproblemen, insbesondere, wenn noch andere Präparate mit Ashwagandha eingenommen werden! Ansonsten - Absolute Kaufempfehlung für Personen mit Schlafproblemen.

Das Zeug ist gut. Lecker auch. Süßlich. Stevia. Nur, ...die Tüte sieht im Netz geiler aus als in echt😆

Ich mag den Geschmack sehr und schlafe damit besser.

I initially got this as I previously ordered the pink one that helped a lot with focus at work. I didn't realize initially that this blue version is specifically to make you calm and to be taken before bed. It did have a calming effect, but I was still able to work with it. Also, I like the chocolate taste. Only 1 spoon needed.
