Thompson Chain Reference Bible-NKJV Leather Bound

I use a Kirkbride TCR Bible at home and I bought this as a gift for a work colleague who was retiring. A very good and large Bible with good sized font, sewn binding which stays flat when opened and has great verse by verse chain reference. Has a bit of space for underlining or writing notes in the margins here and there. This Bible is the thinner bonded leather cover without index indentations.

As a reference bible, this is excellent. However, I was surprised and disappointed at its diminutive size, making reading its references difficult. this is in part to my carelessness in choosing the particular copy on display - but it shows the advantage of actually handling the book at purchase. This is an excellent Study Bible which includes concordance, maps and "cyclopedia". Information is unbiased with no particular denominational slant. The quality is also very good. In fact, I have made this my main Bible. Highly recommended.

I would recomend this to all my christian friends and all who are looking fora bible that will take you a step further when studiying truth

I only ordered this 15 hours ago. It arrived well packet. Out standing service. One little caution, the binding is BONDED LEATHER and not as you would expect, leather, because of how it’s advertised. My only disappointment.

This was purchased as a requested Christmas present. The recipient was more than happy with the purchase as it met his expectation.

Good quality. Needs a while to get used to the chain reference but very helpful for bible study.
