I have a fair amount of pain daily, especially post COVID, and a heating pad doesn't really help. While this isn't a magic cure, it can help a lot. You can set the timer up to 30min or do up to two 30 minute sessions consecutively. The heat is adjustable, and I've only used it at less than 50% so far. The blanket is designed like a sleeping bag, so you can get widespread coverage. This product seems pretty well made to me! Whether it represents value for the money depends on your goals. This was a really good price for me to try it out for pain relief. It DOES help, though it doesn't cure, body and muscle aches, and it's hard to put a price on that! It's a little heavy but very easy to use. I stretch it across my bed, start an audiobook, and boom! Wonderful!

I like this and use it almost every night to make me sweat and provide deep warmth to ease my muscles. There are CONS however.... The power switch/controls are reallyyy cheap. The numbers have always been annoyingly blurry on mine. Secondly, it's heavy and bulky. I'm able to keep mine out. Frankly, if I had to put it away/get it out every time, I just wouldn't use it. Lastly, the slider of the zipper needs to be longer or bigger so it's easier to reach/use.

This gets hot, works great and cleans up easily and folds nice for storage in supplied bag. Son used it to help make weight in wrestling.

The material appears to be cheap. The power button is stuck after three uses. Will have to throw it away because of the power supply.

I stand and walk a lot on my job and this is an amazing way to relax. I lost about a cup of fluids each tine and felt lighter and relaxed. Easy clean up with baby wipes and a towel.

Ça fonctionne bien. C’est même très agréable de se retrouver au chaud. Quand j’ai mal au ventre ça apaise les douleurs. Il faut boire bcp d’eau par contre sinon on est déshydratée une heure plus tard.

Après 30 minutes avec une intensité à 4, je n'ai pas beaucoup de sueur, mais dès le début d'un deuxième 30 minutes, ça fonctionne vraiment. C'est agréable de pouvoir relaxer facilement ainsi chez soi, devant la télé par exemple. J'aurais aimé par contre que la manette de contrôle ait un fil plus long afin de pouvoir voir le temps qui reste plus facilement et d'accéder aux contrôles puisque le fil est situé du côté de nos pieds et non du côté de notre tête et de nos mains.

I love my sauna blanket, but I wish they would give more envelopes. The envelopes you can only use them once then they tear so I’ll have to purchase more.
