I really like them.
Well sealed and packaged. Been using these for a week or so now and I feel they’re helping me to feel less bloated, I find I’m going the toilet regularly so they’re keeping things moving there 😁. I’ve also been feeling like I’ve lost a few pounds too because my clothes are feeling a little loose, I have been taking these alongside green tea tabs so maybe the combo between the two is helping, I don’t know. I also am quite active and I feel like these help avoid the midday slump. They’re easy to swallow and only two a day, there’s I’ve had you have to take at diff times of the day where I’d end up just forgetting 🙄. Will defo be buying again!!!

Seems to be helping with ibs symptoms
The pills do seem to be helping me with my ibs symptoms, so I can eat in the morning and go about my day without being bloated. The pills are quite easy to swallow, they're smaller than the omega 3 capsules and the coating backs it easy to swallow. In terms of weight loss, I'm not too sure whether it helps - but I would say it doesn't. However, it isn't making me gain weight so all in all I'd recommend I to anyone to aid digestion, relieve ibs symptoms and minimise bloating.

Full of benefits
Having read reciently about the benefits of these capsules I decided to give them a go. They are very convenient as an alternative to drinking ACV every morning. In the winter months I add a pinch of turmeric and ginger to my acv drink and these capsules have that and more amazing powerful ingredients which is a bonus. They are reasonably priced for a 3 months supply too and arrived very quick. Im all for more convenient ways to make my mornings easy and these are it. And for those who don’t like the taste of ACV then this is your best option to boost your inmune system. Packed with benefits and very easy to swallow
