Warranty is not honored by the seller.

Overall good. However, this system doesn’t support windows 11.
One of the best assembled desktop/server. Brought this for CCIE IE $ DC lab. Full filled the requirement for now but If you are planning to install or upgrade to windows 11 then it will not support. Doesn’t have TPM 2.0 and this processor isn’t supported for windows 11.

Best in class
The server is very economical, costing roughly the same as a Lenovo student laptop. You can run heavy network devices on it without any issues. Initially, I faced some problems with VMs and EVE-NG, but after some Googling, I realized the issues were software-related and not due to the hardware. The server can easily handle multiple heavy VM instances.

Freezing and hanging
Do not buy! I bought this with Windows Server 2022 and I received it without a license key. The seller however agreed to provide a license key at no cost but after about 3 months the key was deactivated. Additionally, the PC freezes and hangs while the fans are still spinning and the lights are still on. I've tried calling the seller multiple times and no response. I returned the PC once, got a replacement which also has the same hanging issue. I am not able to get it replaced now. After about 4 months of purchase and several crashes later, I looked into the PC but I can see many marks and scratches. Looks like they are using used processors and RAM sticks. The SSD and PSU seems to be new but the PSU is does not have a rating so it might be a fire hazard and heats up excessively.

I bought the CHIST PC server and built the VIPTELA SDWAN topology lab using GNS3 2.2.49 software; built the topology utilizing GNS3 VM (64GB RAM, 8 vCPU) and Windows server 2012 VM on VMware Workstation 17.0 and other virtual routers & switches (in total 21 devices) and I observed that topology is running stable for many hours utilizing 19% of CPU and 40 % of memory
