This serum is neosposin on crack, I will tell you why. I used a microneedle pen for my ance scarring and large pores before using prp and not much changed if only a little, but after researching on prp serums and this being the first I ever used I apllied it after using my pen twice a day (and a vitamin c serum that came with the micro needle pen) and I have never had such a dramatic change in my scarring atleast a 70% reduction in scars...freaking 70%! I honestly think im in a dream sometimes and I go check the mirror and its real. I dont know why Im the first to right a review honestly, but if you suffer from ance scarring, buy the micro needling pen that comes with the vitamin c serum and this medical grade prp. This product restored so much of my confidence that no product or dermatologist laser ever could. Im a regular ol dude that never writes reviews for anything I buy on amazon because I too lazy, but this product worked so well I had too.

I read the PRP serum reviews before buying and was a bit skeptical because people said the ingredients were misleading. However, I think there are a lot of uninformed consumers buying this product for the wrong reason. The EGF (growth factors) are listed by their INCI name, which is the legal scientific name a manufacturer has to put on a label by law. So, of course you won't see "growth factors" on the label. Everything in any skin cream is listed this way, so I think this got a lot of unfair criticism. I personally enjoy this product and love the rejuvenation effects it provides. The jojoba beads are a nice touch for exfoliation and I'm happy to read this wasn't tested on animals.

I like this product a lot. I use it only when I microneedle because it is so expensive. If it was a little less expensive I would use it more often. It’s healing moisturizing and unscented. Love the jojoba beads. It dwindles fast. And y’all need a better lid. I traded the one it came with for one I had that I had. I tried a cheaper one... and it broke my sensitive skin out. So I frugalize.

I ordered this product for micro-needling/derma-rolling with my Dr. Pen. Before ordering, I checked the ingredients (as listed on amazon and the product website) on cosdna.com to see if it contained anything harmful or comedogenic. I decided that this would be a good product for needling based off of those results. Come to find that there are 4 ingredients that have been left off of the online ingredient lists (Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Red 30, and Talc). Red 30 is a dye and is listed as being HIGHLY comedogenic and unsafe to use, ESPECIALLY if you're rolling or stamping. As other reviews note, there are issues with the applicator. Another thing that I noticed (I used this product twice), is that it turned all of my unpigmented pitted acne scars bright red and made them super noticeable for about a day after application. DO NOT NEEDLE WITH THIS PRODUCT!! I will be returning this product.

This is not a “serum”, it is a super thick gel that cannot even be sucked up by the dropper, I have to dump the gel into the palm of my hand. I definitely do not like the fact it has some sort of red dyed beads in it. No clue if it is effective, I won’t be reordering to use long enough to see a difference. Super disappointed.

This has growth factor in it. I’ve been using this about 2 weeks and have seen the changes in my face. Lines seem finer. I’ve had zero reaction to it. 100% recommend.

I was expecting this to be great due to reviews and I was super UNDERwhelmed. First, it was so thick that it was impossible to get all the product out of the bottle when it was getting low. Second, I didn't notice any difference after using during microneedling. I've tried A TON of the skincare brands and ingredients and there's much better options

I love this stuff so much. It has really helped my acne scars and it did take a long time using it to notice a difference but it was worth the wait because my scars that used to be huge are almost totally gone. I use this product in conjunction with the Dr. Pen and microneedling, and I have had fantastic long-term results. Love love love!
