Found codes and was easy to use.
This little device saved me twice. I had one like it that I bought off a different site that would only bring up my 2002 Ford Mustang as a Subaru. I couldn't get it to read a code that showed up from a Service Engine Soon light that came on and anything it did bring up looked like I had 20 problems. I bought this hoping it would do the trick and it was easy to install and the app worked perfect. I got the code I needed and was able to immediately identify the problem which was an overheat issue which I found out came from a bad thermostat. Well after I installed the thermostat and everything looked good I needed to clear the code so I opened up the app and for the sake of just checking I asked to give me the code again. This time if found 2 other codes which at first confused me but almost immediately realized I had unplugged a wire to get at the thermostat so it reminded me to plug that back in. After I completed that task I was able to clear all codes from the app. I highly recommend this device. It was very inexpensive for what it will do and I'll be happy to have it around for all my vehicles if that unexpected check engine or service engine soon light comes on.

For the price and what it offers, it's perfect
It worked perfectly on my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I just had to connect it to the port and open the app. It syncs without any problems and gives me a huge amount of data. It's just as good as a scanner from a garage. You can see the faulty codes and even reset them. Highly recommended. For the price and what it offers, it's perfect. I don't really know how many other cars it's compatible with, but it works perfectly on my Chevy.

Pretty surprised
Used for 2 vehicles so far... Spot on,easy to use. Now I just have to learn how to screenshot in the app

Questionable reliability
Purchased on 5.28.2025. As of 1.4.2026 the dongle will no longer connect via blue tooth. OBD2 connectivity tested on 3 different vehicles employing 2 different apps. Replacement ordered.

Cheapest reader for codes I found
Reads codes and checks battery the only downside is this module doesn’t have a designated app but it does allow you to use other apps of your choosing

Mixed review, on one hand it works with the Mini OBD app and gives minimal information, but does reset the MIL. On the other hand, I cannot get it to connect to other apps as advertised... Will not connect to Torque or OBD Fusion to get graphing... Will not order again, but will look for something that WILL connect to other apps.
