I have been using the GAT SPORT Nitraflex KAOS Stimulant Free Pre-Workout for the past two months, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! As someone who prefers to avoid stimulants in my pre-work product, I was looking for a pre-workout that would enhance my performance without the jitters that come with products containing high amounts of caffeine. Based on its ingredients and my experiences, GAT SPORT Nitraflex has become my go-to pre-workout.I opted for the white cherry limeade flavor, and found it to be surprisingly pleasant. The flavor is neither overly sweet nor artificial tasting. The flavor has the right mix of sweetness and tart. The powder mixes easily in water with minimal shaking (stirring with a spoon suffices) and does not leave a gritty residue at the bottom of the glass. Due to the taste and mixability, I actually look forward to consuming the pre-workout drink before each of my workouts.After two months of use, I can remark that I have noticed a boost in my endurance and focus. I have been able to push through morning cardio and weight training sessions, feeling energized throughout with less muscle fatigue. This is due to the thoughtful addition of ingredients intended boost mental performance, strength, and muscle pumps. The "Nitraflex" components are intended to improve blood flow to the muscles, resulting in better oxygenation and a boost to athletic performance. One note is that the product does contain a relatively high amount of beta-alanine. This amount can cause a harmless tingling or itching sensation (paresthesia). For this pre-workout powder, you have the option of taking 1 scoop or 2 scoops. The nutritional label has 2 columns, showing the ingredient amounts for each option.I used 1 scoop in 14 oz of water.For me, the sweetness overwhelmed the flavor. There was a slight cherry flavoring, but I wouldn’t have guessed there was any lime flavor to it. My boyfriend tried this as well and thought it was too salty and needed to be diluted.This powder has 5 g of Creatine, but you need to take the full scoop version.The ingredients include Beta-alanine to improve performance. I didn’t have a reaction to the beta-alanine, but I only used 1 scoop and sipped the drink slowly over a period of about an hour.This product has a lot of electrolytes and I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone. For a single scoop, there is over 1000 mg of sodium, which is high. If you are taking 2 scoops, that puts you over 2000 mg, which is close to the limit of what an average person should consume daily. I have only used Celsius as my pre workout and I love the energy it gives but hate how jittery it makes me. I would have a high heart rate as well as increased body temp for the rest of the day. This pre workout however did not make me feel that way! I would say the energy it gives me is pretty minimal but definitely effective! Im able to go through the rest of the day feeling normal. I dont know much about ingredients, however, it definitely tastes like great quality stuff! Plus theres creatine in it!

Why would this company add LEAD to a drink!!!Why would anyone consume this knowing is has lead!I contacted Amazon and got my money back.I do not want to ingest poison.

The packaging is amazing. The taste is amazing. The ingredients…amazing! Super clean considering what task is at hand. My boyfriend loves this stuff and is his go to. After 5-6 uses for me, I get sick. I have intermittently used other products on off days and have a good workout but I’m trying to limit my stimulants. The days I choose this preworkout - my workouts become heavy and I get nauseas with jitteriness. I still have a good push considering there is no caffeine, which was the overall goal to avoid stimulants.
