Fantastic Service
Amazon was not offering overnight shipping on the order page. I contacted the seller using the Amazon channel and the seller responded so quickly. I was able to pay for overnight shipping and get the phone that is compatible with our system. I added a picture of the packaging. Everything is in order and looks great. This seller is awesome!

Didn't Worked for Me, But it was My Fault
Item doesn't work without the base, but that was my fault for not researching further. Had to return the product and thankfully Amazon has an excellent return policy.

I tried to purchase a handset to connect to my vvx401 phone. What I receive a handset and a charger base with no LAN port base station which is required to register the handset to my base vvx401 phone. so it was useless. not worth the money
