Well worth the investment. Indoor drying game changer We have had this dehumidifier for about 3 months. So very impressed. I hate drying clothes in the house, but this has made it quicker and got rid of all the condensation etc from our spare room. Not cheap but worth every single penny. When we finally do the drying wardrobe with this in the bottom I expect even better results.

Great at dehumidifying, rubbish at staying connected to the app. I’ve given in and just use the buttons on the top. Has cured our window condensation in the cold weather.

Seriously very impressive dehumidifier. I never realised I had so much humidity in my house. I change the tank twice a day. It’s very efficient and the washing are being dried in no time. The machine is relatively quiet too comparing to previous dehumidifiers I had before. I can’t fault it hence I gave five stars. Highly recommended

Very loud compressor which vibrated the entire unit and could be heard across the house. No reply from Duux and difficult to return (only option was to lug it to the post office). Bought a second one and this was not as noisy but still very flaky -- auto mode stays on full power well below the selected humidity, chosen mode doesn't come on when changing modes, app sometimes doesn't work or is out of sync with the device.

There are multiple issues with this device. You can control it via a smarthphone - but good luck getting alexa to talk to it properly. I spent hours linking the device and eventually managed it - but the device is not shown in my alexa app The major concern though is that the fans will always blow if the humidifier is on - no matter what the actual humidty request / actual are. I have had the humidity target at 65% and the humidity as recorded by the device at 45% yet still the fans blow (loudly). This is a massive waste of energy and means you could never realisticly put it in any room where sound would be an issue (tv room, bedroom etc)

So effective and quite reasonable to run for periods of time when drying washing indoors.

Heavy and bulky. App is ok but have had some issues, including losing the “schedule” for several days (Duux customer support admitted they had an issue which they resolved). Despite plugging in tubing to enable tray fill, the unit still predominantly fills to the in-built reservoir which is annoying. Quite a noisy unit but we have it in garage so not issue for us.

Efficient and does what's on the box.
