We purchased this airfryer during prime sale and I am very happy with this air fryer. It is easy to operate with lot of preset options, has shake reminder , the drawer type basket is easy to handle. We are able to air fry vegetables like bitter gourd without much oil and loss of nutrients. It also has bake and other options.

I recently purchased Nutricook Airfryer from Amazon shoppingIn September , I got the item delivered to my home address.. The product has been sparingly used since then. On using the product for the first time I noticed that the food item is not getting cooked properly though the specified time had elapsed...The second time on using,the product emitted some smoke and felt like burnt wires. I immediately switched off the appliance and contacted your technical support team.The appliance was taken for repair and didn't get an update until I contacted the technical team and the reply was like the team had repaired the same .From this, I could understand that the appliance which was delivered to my home was a faulty one ,which needed a repair immediately within 3 months span .This is a clear breach of trust between the company and the customer.To keep such an appliance in our home is like keeping a bomb which is ready to explode since there is no guarantee that the repaired one will be working normally and doesn't pose a risk of electrical hazard again. I have small kids at home, and I can't risk their life with this serious fault from your side. Hence, I request you to kindly initiate the refund or provide me a service denial request, which I may forward to Amazon to get the refund .. I will be forced to initiate legal formalities if my plea is not taken with necessary gravity.
