Good product with the price. Safe and secure product. Make sure You have powerplug to connect this other wise normal plug will get hot and plastic get melt on the socket. Takes 10 to 20 minutes to Make the water hot for about 7 or 8 litres . Never felt any issues . Has good Quality coil and Has power plug (Large size Socket like Ac Plug )

Worst product and support orient electric team
Worst product and it stopped working within 4months. raised warranty claim to orient team and it's been month still as they are saying concerned team is working on it. Never buy from orient electric if they can't replace 500 bucks product how can they give support for their premium products
