I normally struggle with caffeine because it upsets my stomach. However, I do not get this with BELTER! I can take one before a meeting or before the gym, and it gives me the perfect boost without making me crash or feel unwell. They also have a nice taste without feeling uncomfortable in my gums.

I had used these before when they were being advertised at my local gym. They are a quick caffeine hit without all the sugar and at a fraction of the cost. I use these for sports, long shifts in the office and when I just need a quick pick me up on the weekend. Would recommend to anyone 100%.

Has 0 effect you're better off having 2 energy drinks. Had one in for over 10 minutes and had 0 effect, as well as the taste being horrid. I contacted Amazon to try and return this product, but got told to contact the manufacturer, which I have done, but haven't received any email back.
