Monthly Harmony Patches - Menstrual and Period Support Patches - Sustained Long Release of Menthol, Eucalyptus and Boswellia for Period Wellness

I’ve been using these patches since before they became available for purchase on Amazon. I can’t go without these, so I make sure to have a stash on hand just in case. It’s has helped me with horrible menstrual cramps and backaches. I've also worn it when I’ve had other back pains not related to my cycle. I’ve also given it to others who they themselves were experience back pain for different reasons and it helped them as well. I personally love the strong scent, some may not like it. It doesn’t burn or sting and has great adhesion.

So I like that these are easier to use and there are all natural. I wish they were a little thicker. They are a thin strip that you place in the area of your pain. I just like them to be a little shorter and a little bit thicker but that’s a personal preference and did help ease the pain after about 45 mins.

While these patches did not work for me, they do seem to be high quality and I could see them working well based on the ingredients and design. I am giving them 4 stars as a benefit of the doubt, as I think they may work well for others. The issue for me is that I have incredibly sensitive skin that is hyper-reactive and, though I did not have a serious reaction, it did irritate my skin just enough that I do not wish to continue using them. Again, I think this is probably rare with these patches and reactions to adhesive products is not a new thing for me... I do have to be careful about what I put on my skin. I am deducting one star simply because they don't work for me, but I think they might be worth a try for others.

This is my 3rd pack & they really do work! Yea the scent might be a little stronger it is not overwhelming. I love using this for cramps or back pain.

I hoped this product would provide either a heating or cooling effect to help with menstrual cramps. It got stuck to itself and made me smell like arthritis cream. The menthol scent was overwhelming. I would skip this product.
