The flour was full of Indian meal moths.. now it is in the garbage

Flour should be in individual bags and not plastic sealed as i received .
Even though package was sealed, some of the items had leaked flour. I'm not returning as I had to use some for baking, but I gave some to neighbors as well. Satisfied but not completely, if packages leak, they are more prone to attract moths over time. I will give away what I can't use soon.

I don’t believe this is the actual product. I found bugs inside two of the bags.

Bug in flour
There was a small worm looking thing in the flour , when I opened it . The packages I received had cob webs on them and looked like they have been sitting somewhere for awhile.
