Edit: This feeder is already a big hit. It is also way more convenient to clean (wide mouth) and to set aside because of the flat top. The metal loop to hang the feeder is also super convenient. I will buy another one! This is the best feeder I have purchased by far! I highly recommend this hummingbird feeder.This glass-blown feeder looks great. I have ordered a rain cover (like an umbrella) to hang over this, and I can't wait to put this up. I needed an extra hummingbird feeder because one of my birds is being too bossy and not wanting to share with the other hummingbirds! I'm planning to hang this up in a location that is hidden from my previous similar glass-blown hummingbird feeder which I bought recently on Amazon. My older one is from another seller, but both are good and comparable quality and style. You will need a very high quality sturdy hook to hang this. Glass feeders are typically heavy, esp when filled, and flimsy hooks are never a good idea to hang these. This did not come with cleaning brush nor ant moat. Luckily, I already have those. Note for first-timers: Be sure to hang it with an ant moat so ants don't find their way into the nectar. Use 4 parts water to 1 part pure white granulated sugar only. Anything else will harm/kill them. Please do not use red dye! Using a red glass feeder like this one is a great alternative to adding toxic dye to feed our birds. Hang it at least 4ft above the ground, far away from other bird feeders or nests and such to avoid attracting predators. I love the design of this feeder. They really use the perch a lot on my other similar feeder. I'm guessing this will be a big hit too!

I love having my daily feathered friend visitors enjoy the feeders that I have in the yard. This hummingbird feeder is beautiful, colorful, well designed, and does attract the hummingbirds. The bright red color with the various swirled tones makes it attractive to not only the hummingbirds but pleasing to the human eye to look at as well. It is wide mouthed so therefore it is easy to clean and fill, but does not leak (a very important feature as to not attract other unwanted pests). It has the little perches around the metal base which allows the hummingbirds to perch and though I know it is not necessary they seem to do enjoy taking a break be curious about spending time with us when we are outside while they sit on the perch, resting when not flying around or drinking. I know that there is a lot of mixed views on having glass as a Hummingbird feeder come up but if you're cleaning it constantly and not have it directly in the sun I don't believe it to be a problem. Hence, it is durable and sustainable as a construction. I believe that the feeder will be around for several years. I’m looking forward to watching these amazing little creatures that bring us such joy flit around and feed while we look on and enjoy this gorgeous piece of art all the while.

I bought this feeder because we live on the migration path of the Ruby Throated Hummingbirds, and we love to feed them on their remarkable journey back and forth to central and south America in the spring and fall. This feeder is very attractive and has vibrant colors that will help to attract the hummers. It has a high capacity for nectar at over 3 cups. It breaks down for easy cleaning. The mouth of the nectar bulb is wide, so it is easier to load than many similar feeders. I love that it has a gasket on the base. The gasket will help minimize leaks (I have not seen this feature on any other feeder). The only thing I would change is the design of the hanger. The nectar bulb has a nice flat top which would be ideal to set the inverted bulb on while filling it with nectar. Unfortunately, the attach points for the handle stick up above the flat part. This prevents the bulb from sitting flat. This is not a huge deal though. The hummers have gone south for the winter at this point so I will update this review with pictures of them using the feeder in the spring.

This is a very pretty glass humming bird feeder. The only draw back is that you have to take it down, turn it up side down, and unscrew the bottom to refill with the feeding solution and to clean it. Pretty easy to clean as it has a wide opening and my relatively small hand can reach in with a sponge to wipe it down. Does not seem to leak when filled. Functional as far as I can tell.Instead of sugar water, I am going to fill it Wil humming bird nectar from my pet store this spring. I had my wonderful handyman hubby hang it in the middle of the front porch overhang so I could look out the front windows and enjoy watching the humming birds come in next spring. It is a heavy very well made glass feeder that is beautiful when the sun shines through it.

I have to refill it daily!Original review:The red feeder in this two pack is cracked. Opened the box (no damage), washed and filled the purple feeder (very pretty) and hung it. Birds are feeding no issue. Washed the red feeder, filled it and flipped it, liquid pours out of feeding holes. After checking it noted liquid is pouring out of the side. Located a crack. I ordered two separate two pack items from this seller and both arrived with one of each item damaged and there is no damage to the boxes from shipper.
