This works great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is very hard to get the adhesive residue off my foot and heel after I remove the tape. I take the tape off in the shower, then use a nail brush and soap to try to get it off and I still have little black pieces of adhesive stuck to my skin. Other than that, it is sturdy, works well, and if you need to, you can shower and wear it again the next day because it sticks so well.

This is a great product!! The length is great and can be further trimmed as needed. The adhesive works well and adheres longer other brands I've tried. No allergic reactions so far.

I have a knee that needs surgery and this tape does help keep the pain better.

I use this tape on my back my sacrum does not stay in place this tape holds me together and helps stabilize it

Helps with my plantar fasciitis. Ever since using this tape my heel pain has reduced drastically. Only reason its not 5 start is because these last 2 boxes i bought arent sticking to my skin properly. Please fix that and ill upgrade my rating.
