Great product and old-time-awesome customer support!
When I got the Barometer, I wasn’t happy about the way the needle looked thru the curved glass. I was extremely picky, even my my wife couldn’t understand what’s bothering me. I contacted the company, they just asked me to send it back (free of charge), and to send them pictures for what’s bothering me. They offered to look for a sample where this issue doesn’t show…. They sent me another one and I’m very happy! Frankly, the first one was perfectly fine, but since I like the look and the physics behind this device, I was extremely picky, but they just sent me a second one, free of charge, no questions asked! And this was to/from Germany! Best service I got from anyone for a long time!!!
