This was a great value for the money, the softness is great and my dog likes it, she is part Great Dane so it can be a struggle to find a bed big enough for her but won’t break the bank. This did the trick.

I thought it was nice, my dog won’t go near it. It came vacuum packed in a very small box so I won’t attempt to return it. I’ll take it to Goodwill.UPDATE! The seller intercepted this review and issued a full refund even though I had already donated it!!Changed to 5 stars for customer service?

Not as nice as some of the other ones but works fine for my dog. She likes it but it's not her favorite.

Due to origin and vacuum packaging the individual pieces stick together inside and it’s super lumpy when you first open it. Like hard lumps. If you put it in the dryer and fluff it, the heat and air fluffs the stuffing and makes it separate so it’s pliable vs lumpy.

I am a happy customer and was happy with these dog beds as well

-2 StarThe way this bed was packaged practically destroyed the product. The cotton is cloudy is not fluffing all the way out or up. Is lumpy and uneven as you can tell from the picture of my dog has not even used it.I can see where they probably meant well in the creation of the product but what they did to ship it destroyed it.How do I get a refund or new shipped differently?

Unfortunately my dog wants nothing to do with it, but the cats love it. It's nice and fluffy and the cover did fine in the wash.

I like the fact that it’s machine washable
