Infrared mode doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time. The first one I got the infrared mode didn’t work and something was rattling around inside the unit. I thought it was just a defective unit so I requested an exchange. The second one just arrived and while nothing was rattling this time the same infrared mode did not turn on at all. It’s disappointing because the size of this red light was just what I was looking for.

Powerful Several Options
The quick delivery was great. Dont be fooled by the size of this red light therapy panel. In the box, which was packaged perfectly, was the electrical cord, light panel, red light blocking glasses and the clothe, stand and instruction manual. I read the very detailed instruction booklet which I was surprised to learn the difference between red light and infrared light. They were clear and precise instructions easy to read. I tested both the R and IR and RIR settings and preferred using the combined RIR setting on medium light strength. The hard plastic panel did not get hot only warm to the touch so you don’t need to worry about burns however caution should still be followed. The stand is magnetic making the panel versatile in its use. I used the RIR on my back for a 15 minute interval and then later that day for a 30 minute interval. I can tell a slight difference in pain levels as I’m a nurse and always have a sore back. I used it again the next day with same settings. This is a powerful red light therapy tool that can with regular use, help recovery from sore muscles and even wounds. We actually use something similar in the hospital to treat miner wounds so this is worth the cost. I do feel that the price of this particular lamp is a little higher than normal especially considering you have to place the lamp on a hard surface and it’s not quite as large as I’d hoped. It would make a wonderful gift for an athlete or even someone who enjoys the benefits of holistic healing. I haven’t had any issues with this lamp and I enjoy using it twice a day on different parts of my body.

Basic unit, compact and lightweight
I've been using this red light therapy unit, which features the most commonly used wavelengths (660nm and 850nm near-infrared), and it's been a decent addition to my routine. The unit is lightweight and compact, with a detachable and adjustable stand, but it’s not the sturdiest. It’s basic, so it’s probably best for travel. I use it for 20-30 minutes as recommended. Over the past year, I’ve consistently used red light therapy twice a week, and while I’ve seen good results, I know consistency is key. It’s not a magic bullet—I still maintain a healthy lifestyle with a solid skincare routine, good nutrition, and regular exercise.

Worked once
The first time I used this red light, I found it easy to set up. Although there are several ways to customize the treatment, there’s no indication of what each variation is best for. When I set it up the second time, it wouldn’t turn on. Very disappointing.save your money.

Great Size - Easy to use - Very Bright
I recently ordered Red Light Therapy for Face, 225 Dual Chip Portable Red Light Therapy Panel Device with 660nm Red Light & 850nm Near Infrared Light Lamp with a Stand Timer for Body Face Pain Relief Skin Care (Green). I haven't been using this for very long. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I plugged it in and began using it immediately. It shines very bright and does get warm, but it's not too hot to the touch. I love that it has a magnetic stand so that you can put it on your desk or table and you don't have to hold it. I haven't used it long enough to see any real difference, as it takes three weeks of daily use. So far, this is a great Red Light Therapy light, and I am happy with my order.

It certainly puts out a lot of red
I got this for my wife, who has been using it for the past two days. I asked her what it does, and her answer was, "It does red." Helpful. So, I went down the list to see if it has done anything as of yet. Stretch marks? She's had five kids, so there are some, though not as many as you'd think, especially considering two of those kids came at once. Thus far, nothing has changed. Visible skin health? Looks the same to me and it looks the same to her. Pain? Maybe. She says her neck might be somewhat less stiff in the morning after using this thing at night, but she's not sure. It certainly isn't dramatic. So, I have no idea if this is doing anything as of right now. She is going to keep using it for at least a month to see if it does anything worth mentioning. I'll definitely update this if it actually does. If I haven't updated this by the time 2025 rolls around, then I completely forgot because she tossed it in a closet somewhere after it didn't help.

It's just recently come to my attention
I have had the opportunity to use this for a while now, but I want to keep you updated on anything significant that I may come across as I continue to use it. I am going to be using this. I typically turn this on at the end of the day, I've often gone for a run or lifting at the gym. I'll do some stretches and then sit in front of this panel. It's interesting because I did sit in front of it starting at 5 minutes and I've been working my way up. The longer I've sat in front of it I have noticed some "warmth" in the areas where I already feel sore. This seems to be consistent. When I did read about these panels I was curious about the use prior to sleep. I need more time here, but I'm also noticing some consistency with the rate I'm falling asleep. Quicker. One of the issues, which I suppose isn't a real concern, but when adjusting the stand you'll need to use two hands because the magnet will separate from the back of the panel. I haven't needed to adjust it other than when I initially set it up. I am remaining curious and will be using this daily.

Great to test red light therapy
There is a lot of information out there about the benefits of red light therapy on skin. Got this to see if I could see any results. Easy to use, but I’m going to have to try it for a while to see the long term benefits.
