The build quality of the tripod is a little lightweight and setup takes some getting used to, but overall this is the best alignment rod holder or swing aid on the market. There are other products (more expensive) that don’t/can’t do a quarter of what the Kavooa can. Even when you angle it a particular way for swing plane and only use one of the rods, they’re long enough to be perfectly in place for practicing a proper path. I haven’t used it for putting, but this addresses anything like hip sway, lateral head movement and a lot more. I’m really happy with the Kavooa.

Very good training device. Very portable to take to the range. Useful to help with almost all positions of your swing.

I started using this to help with head movement. It’s quite hard to dial in a specific height due to multiple adjustment points. When elevated the rods tend to sag and need to be tilted up and it’s hard to dial in.

This training tool is very well thought out. It has tons of options for working on different techniques, and different parts of you golf game, from driving to putting. It is very well made, and adjusts easily. It also comes with access to a video demonstrating how to use it for working on each part of your game. My only concern about a product like this is that it seems to be better suited for use by a professional instructor with their students, rather than just by an average golfer, or a beginner like me, to use by themselves. I think you really need a pro to make sure to are doing it correctly, and with all the ways you can adjust the alignment sticks on this device, you could easily set it up incorrectly for working on each technique. I would be more worried about setting it all up right, and adusting little details, than actually being able to work on improving my game.

I use this in my garage and it helps quite a bit. I’ve had it for about three months now and it helps with your swing phenomenally.

What you are paying for is the clamp to hold the sticks. I started to make one of these with a tripod, alignment rods and pool noodles. It does what they say. Im not sure it's worth the price.

This is actually a golf swing trainer system. There are multiple ways to employ it to address various aspects of your swing. It has a nice guide included in the box. It is easy to assemble. The tripod base is solid, but not heavy. It has a level built into it. There are 2 alignment sticks included that each have 1 sharp end. But there are foam covers for the sticks, which are great. There is an included phone mount as well. This kit has nearly everything you need to get the most out of your practices.

Takes some room and is a bit of a hassle to get into. That's my biggest complaint. Overall its a solid training item but just clunky.
