I got the phone to go into the cage but it was tight. Worried about breaking the phone! Still it has the features even though taking the case off and on is a pain. Wish Freewell made one to support their case. Still, keeping it!

The Freewell team provided me with some of the very best customer service I've have ever received. Their patience and diligence were exemplary and their product was flawless. I had difficulty linking Bluetooth between their device and the Blackmagic Camera app for several days and the Freewell team stuck by me until the issue was corrected and the link was established. I've been in the business for almost fourth years and cannot remember a time when I've encountered a level of service like Freewell's; a rarity in todays world.

Terrible product, one piece got broken first day of use

Freewell makes great products unless someone else makes the products and Freewell just slaps the name on it! Have purchased complete ND filters for all my drones from them as I get them and have been very happy! Purchased this and found the build quality is not the best! Unscrew the tripod or selfie stick and look into the hole! See that little screw? That is screwed into the handle which pivots so what happens when you pivot? It gets loose! They are replacing one of my handles for free but I have been waiting for it for close to a month shipping from China! Ummm why do they not have stock in the US to ship to their customers? They have plenty of stock for Amazon sales I am sure! Not all that great customer support regarding my issue!

Il pacco è arrivato con ben quattro giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data di consegna prevista. Il prodotto era ben confezionato dal venditore con la scatola originale perfettamente imballata al suo interno. La confezione del produttore è veramente ben fatta ed elegante con gli scomparti creati ad hoc per una facile estrazione dei componenti. Oltre alle parti principali che compongono il rig, nella confezione è presente il manuale d’istruzioni, anche in italiano, due batterie di ricambio, un mini giraviti dedicato e altri gadget. Questo lo dico perché ho apprezzato la cura nei particolari che in parte giustificano il prezzo non proprio economico. Il Genius rig di freewell per iPhone 16 Pro Max è solido e bello da vedere. Il setup è quanto di più facile si possa sperare ed è estremamente versatile e adatto a varie situazioni di girato. Passando dalle riprese a mano libera a quelle fatte con il Genius rig mi rendo conto che l’utilità di questo oggetto non è solo quella di aumentare la qualità delle riprese ma anche quella di migliorare la postura di chi opera, aspetto quest’ultimo non irrilevante. Per queste ragioni consiglio il Genius rig di freewell a tutti gli appassionati di video da girare con lo smartphone che vogliono sperimentare un approccio più professionale durante le riprese.

Voilà une cage qui va ravir les possesseurs d’un iPhone 15 Pro Max. Alors certes le prix est peut-être un peu excessif, probablement car le vendeur considère que le propriétaire d’un iPhone a le budget pour. Mais cette cage est d’une part simple d’emploi et d’autre part très ergonomique pur un usage aisé.
