good quality, robust flavor

This is a great tea with a bold, strong flavor. Pretty good caffeine kick too. It's the only tea that I know of that can replace my morning cup of coffee.

I love loose leaf tea and enjoy trying different brands, blends, and packaging, and this tea really impressed me. I already ordered another tea from the same brand, just a slightly different version, and I like both. The flavor is rich, bold, and you can truly taste real tea. This is something tea bags will never fully give you. You only need a tiny amount of tea leaves to get a deep color, strong aroma, and насыщенный taste. Overall, I really like it and definitely recommend trying it.

Was disappointed in the lack of tea smell upon opening the sealed bag, but it brews up nicely. The appearance is of gun powder tea/ tea granules, no discernable tea leaves. This is a lower grade tea that the tea bag hides, but you can see when loose. But, proof in the pudding: the brew was nice and I will likely rebuy. Basically: nothing to write home about either great or bad. The brew is smooth and on the lighter side in taste.

I really like this tea. It has a special flavor to it which makes it distinctive. In reading another review below, the reviewer wrote that it tasted fishy to her and I would have to disagree. Either that's how she interprets its flavor or I would suggest that she received a stale or mishandled bag. I do like the red bag better than the Yorkshire Gold although that's really a personal taste. I've been drinking it for more than eight years now and liked Yorkshire tea so much that I've bought their teapot and silkscreened mug directly from the UK. The only other tea I've had that comes somewhat close is the Indian brand Wagh Bakri. The vast majority of British tea drinkers will drink their tea hot with milk enough to balance the tannins which I think is essential to British tea although a small percentage will drink it with lemon instead of milk. I rarely have leftover but if I do, when it is cold I'll cut it with some water and lemon juice is lovely with it. I recommend a fresh bag, kept tightly wrapped especially in warmer humid climates. The current price that I've bought here of Yorkshire is a real deal considering the price I have paid for it in the past elsewhere and it is still well within the sell by date. Yorkshire tea is blended and sold in the city of Harrogate, well within the historic boundaries of Yorkshire. My love of this tea had me adopt Harrogate as part of my name as a reviewer, if that lets you know of my regard for this tea and the other teas available from the same people. Cheers!

Love this breakfast tea. It’s rich in flavor and what I’ve learned to love about this tea. It brews dark fast but has no bitter taste. So you can use less than a traditional teaspoon which makes your tea last longer.

Yummy, the best tea

I would not say this is a loose leaf, it is CTC - Crush, Tear, Curl) processed tea. Loose leaf refers to whole or large broken tea leaves, minimally processed, that you’d steep in an infuser.

The very best tea, get a strainer enjoy proper leaf tea. Great value it because you don't waste overdoing the amount of tea. Great taste and strength.

A small teaspoon is enough for a big teacup, otherwise it can become bitter. I got 4 packs of this tea because I don't want to miss it if the price goes up again. update: I have been drinking this tea for a year and I still enjoy it very much.
