Excellent. Really make a difference!
I have been taking these capsules for over two years and they have made such a difference. After only 18 days I began sleep to better and my awul periods gradually settled down and the nausea I elt disappeared.In addition to this my hot flushes disminished greatly and the pain in my knee joint disappeared. I hadnt realised Femarelle would help aches and pains. I plan to carry on taking Femarelle as long as I can. I have been told I can take it indefinitely. The only down side is it does cause breast to get bigger, to counter that, I halved the dose. I really recommend the product. It helped get my life back.I

I wish I had found this product sooner rather than years of HRT with progesterone making things worse. It cured all my menopause symptoms which were PMT like - depression, anxiety, tearful, hot flushes, irritability, clumsiness. It took a couple of weeks for symptoms to return when I stopped to see how I would be so I am not going to stop again!
