My son uses these for basketball and it helps his knees so much when he's running a lot. He has a lot less knee pain afterwards. They hold up really well and don't roll down his legs or fit too small. Would definitely purchase again.

These work very well for my young athlete. She uses the bands for training, practice and games. They minimize her knee tendinitis and allow her to train and play without pain. Knocked one star off because they slide a bit and need readjusting. Overall, great product.
