This has a great 'proper' black colour

This has a great 'proper' black colour, but is the consistency of honey. This means it's absolutely impossible to spread or ice with. Seriously, unless you've used these successfully before, I'd try something a little less like glue. I had to give up and go to the shops after 5 attempts on practice pieces of icing.
