Q: My chest is around 46C and it's tell me to go with the biggest size, which one do I do?

I’m also a C cup, and bought a large. The first time I tried it on, I thought it felt small, but I believe it’s because it was my first time wearing a binder and wasn’t used to the compression. I would go with XL if I were you.

Q: If I am exactly between sizes, should I go up or down?

I know the person down there said down, but going up is going to be so much more safe than going down.

Q: Im 34a and 14 should I get a small or medium?

Medium bc they are tight and it does work.

Q: Will this breast binder deform after washing too much time?

I've been wearing it for over a month and it still have compression on my chest.
