I LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT IT ISN'T PERFECT
I'm not sure what to make of this power bank. I don't have others like it - I have specifically-designed-for-camping power banks which are bulkier and function a little differently. So here are my thoughts:THE GOODIt's pretty small. A little smaller than the 95W charging brick for my laptop. It doesn't get hot at all.The screen is kind of cool to know how far or close from fully charged it is, though the UI on the screen is a little strange (for no apparent reason, the number in the 'ones' place of the screen randomly does an animation like it's 'thinking,' for lack of a better descriptor, both when it's charging and when it's discharging into another device).THE MEHIt's not charging my phone as quickly as I'd like - I'm definitely not getting 'fast' charge out of it, even using the USB C out (my phone, USB C to lightining, gets about 1% every 90s or so).I also don't understand why the lightning bolt icon comes on - it sometimes isn't on when it's charging and sometimes is; it never seems to be on when it's discharging to another device - on its surface, it feels random. The screen also randomly blinks to 188%; I threw out the manual so I'm not sure if that's how many phone charges I should expect from it, if it's a glitch, or if it means something else, but it's weird and probably slightly draining to the device, whose sole purpose is to be a power bank.It totally freaks out my laptop. Now I would have deducted another star if it had expressly said it could (slowly) power a laptop - and I wouldn't expect any quick power from a 30W device - but the second I plug this in, my laptop says 100% power, even if it's actually at, say, 70%. I know this isn't an advertised use for the product, though, so no extra star deduction there.Overall, it does what it says it'll do, with some odd screen behaviors and no 'super fast' charges for me, but bear in mind my phone and iPad have lightning connectors, and maybe it's optimized for fast charge from USB C to USB C only?

Great for emergencies.
I got this to have another source of power for purposes of emergency preparedness. These little power banks are great to have on hand for emergencies, such as extended power outages. They are great to charge phones, flashlights and radios. This particular power bank supports 30W fast charging and is a great convenience in comparison to traditional slow chargers.I really like the compact size so it is easy to transport and keep with you if you are traveling or camping.I also really like that this charger has a screen that tells the exact percentage of power left in the power bank instead of those that only have a few LEDs to indicate how much power is left. Now I don't have to bother doing the math in my head trying to figure out how much power is left if a given number of LEDs are lit.I really don't understand all of the negative reviews that complain about this power bank being heavy. This is just simple physics people. This power bank being heavy means the batteries are more dense, thus they are capable of holding more power. If it were lighter, you would not be able to store much power and then how useful would this be?If you want a power bank that is lighter, just get one that has less capacity. I want more power and that comes at the expense of added weight. So far I'm really pleased with this little power bank. If I should have any issues arise in the future, I will try to remember to come back and leave an update, but for now it gets a recommended buy from me.

Must Have Travel Accessory
Certain tools and technologies are “must have.” We all need a screwdriver. We all need a flashlight. We all need duct tape. These are things that you keep on hand. When you need them, you don’t want to have to go out and buy them. Its too late to shop for a flashlight when the blackout hits in the middle of a snowstorm.Power banks, in modern times, are also a “must have” technology. When that blackout in the snowstorm happens, you might need to keep your phone or tablet going. You might need a charge on your USB lantern. Power banks are also useful when traveling. When you are out and about, and your phone is about to die, and you need to call an Uber… Kelaien 10K mAh Power Bank to the rescue!! A power bank is the kind of accessory that you might use only rarely but you are awfully glad that you have it when the need arises. The Kelaien 10K mAh Power Bank is a nice compact 10K mAh power bank. It can handle up to 30 watts of output. It has a digital power level display, so you always know how much charging power you have left. The Kelaien 10K mAh Power Bank offers USB-A and USB-C output. It comes with a short USB-A to USB-C cable that can be used for either input (charging the bank) or output (powering your device). The Kelaien 10K mAh Power Bank is highly recommended for travelers or anybody who needs to have a power bank on hand.

A nicely sized power bank for a little extra juice away from the wall.
I'm using this in kind of a weird way. I have a desk in the middle of the room across from my screen and I use a wireless controller, keyboard, and mouse. Instead of remembering to charge each one or plug them all in when I'm done, I charge this and then connect it to whatever has a low battery. You can hook up two gizmos at once, and the percent readout gives me notice that I need to charge the bank up before it goes dry.It is somewhat heavy, but very pocketable. It picks up fingerprints on its shiny surface and I imagine it would scratch easily since it's just a plastic shell. The display is bright enough I can easily read it but not obnoxious or distractingly so. I give it two thumbs up.I do not know, nor do I aim to find out, what happens if you try to charge it with the USB A port. The C port is bi-directional, but the A port is not. It is red and labeled 'OUT', so you won't forget, but if someone who doesn't know better tries to charge it through this port it might damage it (or might not). Make sure everyone who might use it knows better.
