Just awful
The worst funko figure i ever got.The package was damaged, the figure is in glue and dirty. What happened with quality? i know sometimes figures arent perfect but this time it's just horrible.And of course when this figure was announced to pre-order i pre-ordered and guess what? At first it was Caitlyn figure. then it became Mel.

Okay, she looks good. When I opened my package her box was open at the box and she wasn’t on her stand. Her box came a little dusty too, but overall she doesn’t seem damaged fr. She’s in perfect condition I would say! (However she did take a long time to get here, the reliever date changed over and over)

Funko changed the title of item last minute
I bought this item on preorder. It was for the Caitlyn figure and last minute, they changed the title to Mel. They shipped me the Mel figure without me knowing until I received this item yesterday. I wanted the Caitlyn figure. I can't even buy the Caitlyn figure on Amazon anymore. They jacked up the price. False advertisement. You guys deliberately changed the title name and items photo and deceived your customers.

I order Caitlyn and they sent Mel
When I pre-ordered this back in November it was Caitlyn from Arcane. Between then and now, this page was changed to Mel from Arcane. I received Mel from Arcane, which is not what I ordered. Don't pre-order Pops.Also, there is a very noticeable quality issue. The front of Mel's white dress has a big mark on it.TLDR; Funko changed my item without notice and the quality of the product I received is low.

Es divino pero...
Preordene este funko pero hicieron todo lo posible para no mandarlo. Increíble que enviarán a Mel por Cait en algunos pedidos y a otros pusieran excusas. Esperaba con ansias tener a mel y me pone triste que no la tenga.
