Easy to put together and hold just the right amount of food for a single guy like me. It’s the only grill necessary.

Perfect size for the two of us and if we have others over to eat. Charcoal doesn’t take too long to get to temperature and easier to clean and keep nice compared to our old propane grill

Ordered, charged to my card, showed ready to pick by carrier. Been a month and no one cares that it has never been shipped or received- Amazon, Nexgrill. Talked to Nexgrill, said they would look into it, never heard back. No way to contact Amazon about it. Fortunately not a lot of coin involved.

Ordered the grill, received with damaged and missing part. Instructions from manufacturer state to contact manufacturer.Contacted manufacturer day of delivery 5/2/2024, after sending pictures of missing damaged parts was informed they would replace and provide me replacements. 5/8/24 was informed they didn't have the missing / damaged parts in stock.Attempted to contact Amazon regarding the issue, was unable to quickly easily locate customer service contact information.Disputed charge with CC company, denied when Amazon responded saying they had delivered. The return window has now closed and I have a damaged grill that I was able to cobble together for unsafe use...local Fire Department has been put on standby, I will alert them prior to firing the charcoal up.Amazon/Nexgrill your customer services skill (or lack there) leave much to be desired.Sylvia Salgado at Nexgrill brings terrible customer service to a level I never thought possible and I do not mean that in a good way.Never will I make this mistake again.
