I use the * ultra delicates setting followed by a 800 spin rinse, with this setting a few capfuls work great, no softener required ( softener is already in the detergent, hence why 3 capfuls instead of 2 is used for each full load ). If stains are present, they are removed. (I found stains did not shift on * this setting if less liquid was placed in). I use this detergent for hand wash only items that I place in the machine. It keeps clothes nice even without tumble drying. Scent is subtle and pleasant. Very good for sensitive skin and kind to washing machines too! CAP Is easy to grasp and grip, does not slip and liquid is difficult to spill when in the cap. The cap is wide and easy to pour into.
