High quality harness. Very sturdy. Made my dog walk better on a lead 100%. Handle makes life so easy when you need grab your dog in the times of the emergency. Impossible for dog to slip out of it. It has a light reflective strip on it which makes evening walks safer. Perfect in sizing as long as you measure your dog correctly. Bought it for my spaniel and it fits like a snug. Nice colours.

This harness is excellent. I bought it for our rescue Labrador who managed to slip out of the harness that he came with. This harness is very strong and secure and is comfortable for my dog. It is really easy to adjust and fits perfectly. The material is thick and padded. The straps fit perfectly with no slacking. My dog pulls but this harness gives much more control.

Easy to put on your dog, sturdy and well made. Value for money. Large ring means you can easily have the lead on and secure your dog in the car with a restraining lead too.

These harnesses fit perfectly. Size guide is quite accurate and the fit of the harness is in the exact right place. My dog seems quite comfortable in this harness.The customisation options for the patches are endless. The metal loop on the back is a good size for attaching accessories like a light and name tag, while also having lots of room left to clip on a lead.The neon colour is very bright and adds great visibility. The default patch that comes with the harness actually does glow in the dark, although the other custom ones don’t. All of the patches are very reflective.The other reflective elements all over the harness give great visibility for cars etc etc.This probably sounds like a sponsored review, but it’s not. The harness is just that good.Overall the harness is made very well. The materials are very premium.It can get a bit dirty over time, but it will still be very reflective and the fluro colour is still bright.It may be a little more expensive than other options and roughly €30-40 for a harness for a small dog may seem a bit overkill, but again it’s definitely worth it.Update: so originally when I wrote this review I got the Mini-Mini size for my Pomeranian. He’s mixed with something else so he’s a bit bigger than a normal one. As far as I can remember his chest measurement is currently 49cm and he weighs 7.5kg.This Mini-Mini size was bordering being too small so I decided to order a size Mini in the same Neon Green/Yellow. According to the size guide he was more or less in between the 2 sizes, but with free returns, there was nothing to lose by trying it.Turns out that the Mini size is more or less perfect for him. It is much bigger all round, but it fits him great a little bit out from its tightest setting. The back piece looks more in proportion than the old Mini-Mini. The Velcro strap that goes around the neck/shoulder is still a little bit looser than I’d like on its tightest setting, but that’s fine - it won’t affect the use of the harness.If you’re in between sizes I would obviously recommend buying both and returning the one you don’t want. Of course that’s more expensive up front so I would also say not to be afraid to order the larger size as they can fit a little bit smaller than the size guide.This is my dog’s fourth JK9 since he was born ~3 years ago as he has gone from Baby 1 to Baby 2 to Mini-Mini to Mini. They’re clearly not the cheapest options, but in my opinion they’re definitely worth the money. I’d recommend cutting another corner, rather than the harness if at all possible. These ones are absolutely fantastic.

So far we have had two K9 harnesses as she's grown up.We have gone through various other brands that didn't live up to the hyper nor the marketing for an active dog, as they have either broken or been too hard to clean/maintain.The K9 is a good harness - but it's not the best harness out there. If you are looking for a harness to stop your dog pulling or to make it easier to control; then this is probably not the harness you are looking for.Things I like;---------------Super quick and easy to get on and off.. put the dogs head through the big opening and do the clip up underneath... takes seconds. Not like the other harnesses where the dog has to 'step into it' or anything like this. You could even do this one handed.- The grab handle at the top; super useful to get hold of the dog to control them (i.e. near a road junction, with other dogs etc.) Re-assuring to know that it's there. It also functions as a great point to attach other items (such as lights during winter)- Build quality; really well made and put together. Easy to clean. Our dog has worn this through snow, mud, gone swimming in the sea and rivers with it and comes up great each time.The negatives;------------------ This won't stop your dog pulling; for us it's made no difference. The harness does sit lower on their back which should discourage it, but we've yet to see that. We have ended up purchasing the optional 'Y' strap for the Julius K9 which gives us a dual attachment (one front and one back) to try and discourage pulling.-As this is a front fitting harness; your dog can back-out of it if you are not careful when you are walking them. This has not happened to us, however you just be conscious of this when walking the dog.- The small clip on the top to button down the handle made no difference as was pretty fiddly to do.- We've gone through two sizes since she was born (one puppy size and one adult size) neither are a the best fit out there for us.. I'm sure we could find better with other brands.

My dog hates his previous harness so I decided to try the Julius K9.This harness once adjusted correctly was a revelation, he doesn’t pull anymore when I use this harness. He’s also not fussed about wearing this harness so it’s been a win-win purchase.Labrador male, approximately 30kg. Ordered Large and it fits perfectly. I used the size guide for the product which is accurate.
