Souper!
Delicious flavour soup and really nice consistency when cooked on the stove. Also lasts a long time. Yum!

Good...but...
You really do need to simmer this as instructed to get the best from it. You CAN just add boiling water and stir but that results in something that remains tasting a little unnatural. Compared to something like the "bouillon" stocks which can also be made into soups (and more quickly) this works out to be a bit on the expensive side.

Love this soup and just takes a few minutes to make.
This is one of my favourite quick to make soups, I do like the other Knorr soups, but we usually have a favourite this is mine. How Thick you want it is up to you it cant be made any easier to make, if you missed a meal or just want something savoury this is ideal. I do like the Carrot and Coriander think how long that would take to make from scratch. Brilliant to know it's in the cupboard for anytime, even a visitor if you're stuck for ideas. Recommended and good value.

The best Broccoli and Stilton?
Love this soup! It's the best tasting Broccoli and Stilton of any of the major brands. This soup completely disappeared from all the supermarket shelves a few years back, turns out the manufacturers stopped doing the individual packets and started selling it in industrial quantities, which weren't stocked by Morrisons et al. I've only just found these large boxes on Amazon so grabbed one (at a decent price) about a month ago. They've now increased the price by exactly 75%, so I can't give it more than three stars for value! Since January 2024 Amazon have raised the price from the manufacturer's recommended £9.41 to £16 and some pence, and again to £26.64. A damned rip-off!
