This technique works! I like to have the book to quickly refer too. I have her online course too (paid extra for the sleep club) and it’s been an amazing transformation in my little one’s sleep. 5 weeks ago I was holding and rocking my baby to sleep and now I pop her in the cot and walk out with minimum fuss or upset. The exact gentle approach I was hoping for!

Hannah holds your hand through the process while you hold your baby!
After tuning in to Hannah’s free sleep course in January, we hunted down and bought the book! I read it cover to cover before making any changes. What this book has unlocked for me is confidence that something else can work (and save us). My EBF baby has gone from feeding 5+ times during the night to now 2, sometimes 3 (which only took one night to change!!!) and still he’s gaining weight perfectly, I wouldn’t have even tried this without the book. He has mastered the first part of settling, happily and without feeding. I now need to progress him through the stages clearly outlined in Hannah’s book so we all get a better nights sleep. He now consumes the majority of his milk in the day and we have some predictability around naps which we didn’t have before. I couldn’t have let him cry it out so have been happy to be right here cuddling him while we navigate the changes together! I view sleep as one of the main pillars for health so it’s important for me to teach this life skill to our baby and help him on his way to being a great sleeper and this book does it in a way which resonates with me as a parent. When you’re in the no sleep trenches, this book will give you the confidence to TRY, so try it. I’m sure you’ll thank yourself in four weeks!

Practical, easy to follow, advice
The challenges described in this book were exactly what we were facing. it was really reassuring to know that someone understood what we were going through. The advice given in this book has totally transformed the way that we approach day to day with our child, and has made nap times (and bed time) far more relaxed.

Transformational!
After getting stuck in a rut with my son’s poor sleep and intense need for me to nurse him back to sleep constantly, someone recommended Hannah to me. At 26 months old I didn’t think there was a way out for us to gently end our breastfeeding journey and improve everyone’s sleep but with Hannah’s book we cracked it. In 6 weeks I went from climbing into my sons cot to nurse him to sleep, naps in pram or car, only me being able to put him to bed and co-sleeping at night with multiple wake ups and screaming until he was nursed back to sleep to naps and bedtime being put in his cot awake and walking out the room with no dramas and he’ll fall asleep quite happily. He pretty much sleeps through and if he does cry out he settles himself. My husband can also put him to bed. It’s been life changing and transformational for our family, especially me. Hannah’s approach gives you the confidence to make gentle, consistent changes which do work, yes there are tears, but you are there for them and in my case very short lived and I’m still in shock at how well my son has adjusted!
