SPART Seated Row Machine, Plate Loaded Lat and Back Workout Equipment, Back Gym Machine with Independent Arms & 360° Rotary Grip Handles, Upper Body Special Machine with Bicep Curl Bar, 440LB Capacity

Bought the Spart seated row machine 6 months ago for my home gym. It has proven to be a great addition to Back workout day. It was not difficult to set up and besides for one of the foot pedals being smooth on both sides it has held up to vigorous back bombardment workouts. I started my home gym some 30 years ago with body solid and tuff stuff equipment which are still in good shape today. Switched over to Titan equipment because of better prices. I see Spart workout equipment replacing them because they give you a solid machine for a reasonable price. I am definitely happy with this purchase.

Assembly is fairly easy, so far it's doing the job perfectly.

I had to take a star off due to horrible packaging. Mine came pretty beat up and some scratches here an there. The assembly instruction sucks. Besides that amazing built quality and machine.

Don't order from them. 1st off the packaging is a mess made it seem like someone else had returned it and they shipped it liked that to us. 2nd, the instructions are very bad. 3rd the product came damaged and some parts didn't even fit correctly, we asked for a return and they didn't want to give it to us. They kept saying that they would only refund us $40 off and to let them know what parts were wrong so they can replace them and when we finally did let them know what parts, they didn't want to send it to us and to this day we still have not received any replacement parts. Please dont spend your money on them, find someone else to purchase this item.

This product was shipped in perfect condition without a scratch on it. Once I figured out the simplified directions it was a piece of cake to put together. It operates smoothly and is very comfortable and easy to use. I was actually very surprised how well it’s built for the money. It is solid and stable with no wobble. If yours isn’t solid then it may not be put together right or go back and make sure all the bolts are tight. Excellent purchase and would buy again.

The swing arm tilts to the left due to the imperfect soldering of the arm mount points on the center beam. When the soldering is imperfect, the arms will be off-center. The seller suggests to loosen the screw and move the arms to the correct place but there's no space or wiggle room for any kind of adjustment. My issue is pending a resolution but this early review is a caution to potential buyers. It's important to know the soldering quality when making on-line purchases of heavy machines. If the soldering process is by machine, then misalignment is seldom to none; otherwise, manual work is subject to mistakes so now you know what you're dealing with. Update: The defective part was shipped promptly and arrived in a week's time and it corrected the alignment issue. I'm satisfied with the outcome; however, dissapointed with the whole experience of having a defective product from the get go. The customer service department gets an A.

The left handle to hold onto was aligned improperly before welding. It points straight instead of angled down. If it weren't for this, I could have given it a 5 star review, but it isn't useable as it is. There is no contact information to write or call the seller/company to request a new arm. I hope they see this review and contact me for a replacement. Update: Customer service reached out to me right away and were wonderful. They are sending me a replacement part. Five Stars!!! I will be purchasing other weight equipment from this seller. Excellent quality machines.

Love this back machine, very versatile and doesn't take up a ton of space given what it is. Several different handles to adjust for your back workout. My 5'8" and my husband is 5'10" and we both use it and love it. Great quality and can hold a great amount of weight without being outrageous in price!
