When I read the glowing reviews I thought I’d give this a try. WOW!! It got my 20 year old bathroom tile grout clean. I mean CLEAN! It works quickly, too. I applied the product, waited 2 minutes, scrubbed a bit with a brush and wiped it up. The paper towel I used to wipe up the dirt was black. It got all the baked in dirt and grime out. Best product!!

I tried Zep Grout Cleaner & Brightener, and while it does a decent job lifting dirt and brightening grout, the price feels a bit high for the results. It works, but requires scrubbing and multiple applications for tougher stains. An effective cleaner overall, just not the best value for the cost.
