Review: I’m very happy with the amount of fiber in amaranth. I have mixed only 2 tbsps in a bread recipe. It was very good and I will increase the amount next time. I have not noticed any flavor using it in making bread. I am planning to use some in making tortillas, to increase the fiber.

**Q: I've been told that you need a special machine to get the hulls off, to make it edible. Does anyone know if this is true.**
