I’ve been on every laxative you can think of I even take prescription Linzess and that is just way too rough on my stomach. I wanted something more natural that would not tear me up so badly so I looked into this and I started taking it m. the first few times I got really bad stomach aches. It was just kind of uncomfortable but man does this stuff work really really well. I try not to take it but every few days. but it definitely works when I need to and that’s what makes me happy.

I began by taking 2 SENNA tablets in the morning and surprisingly, by late evening I was called to the bathroom. The next day I took 1, but it did not work as well - seems like 2 is my magic number.
