Does it really matter if you use mineral salt or plain salt? I have no idea but it seems like it can’t hurt. You really don’t want to eat too much salt and expensive salt will help you to cut back PLUS the salt has added bonus of having extra good stuff in it. So why not use it? I have enjoyed cooking with this salt, I feel like it adds to the roundness of my meals and for that, I keep getting it. Live a little, get the good salt!

Even though its a tiny bag it lasted me for more than a year! Since its pretty pricey, I only used it for my smoothies & lime chia seed water. Great for electrolytes. Seems to keep my hydrated. Thank you!

Don’t really taste a difference but happy to have a good quality salt. Small amount. Very expensive

I really like this salt. A little bit goes a long way, so even though it's more expensive than table salt, it is better quality and still a good value. It is very fine which I like better.
