I've bought this TRESemmé Care & Protect Heat Defence Spray after noticing a lot of heat damage and split ends from constant straightening and blow-drying. Our hair had become dry, brittle, and full of breakage — but this spray has made such a difference! After using it regularly before styling, the hair feels smoother, softer, and looks much healthier. It definitely helps prevent further damage and keeps the ends from splitting more. We also love that it protects up to 230°C, which is perfect for daily use. The scent is pleasant and light, and it doesn’t leave any sticky or oily feeling. Overall, this has really helped improve the condition of our hair and stopped it from getting worse. Highly recommend it if your hair has been damaged by heat — it truly works and it is a value for money competing to some other high end products that in my opinion are not much better.

This is absolutely fantastic for your hair, I noticed my hair had got terrible dry ends after I'd started to straighten my hair & it was extremely corse, I read the reviews & decided to try it, to say it's a game changer is an understatement! This is fabulous for anyone who really does have dry ends maybe burnt a little by the straightners 🤔 I washed my hair & towel dried it, then lightly sprayed my hair & put the brush through my hair , I left it like that for around 10 minutes while I got my hairdryer & bits , once ready to dry my hair I again lightly sprayed my hair, I then blow dried my hair, once done I again lightly sprayed the hair before I put my strsightners on it, I can honestly say my hair felt like silk ! It was lovely to run the brush through it so easily, when I straightened my hair the difference was amazingly, it was light & silky & so so easy to straighten, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has corse ,dry hair , dry ends ect ....its fantastic & smells absolutely beautiful , if you are wondering its not at all sticky ....there is no stickiness whatsoever......😍 🤩 Now the process of drying & straightening is over my hair looks amazing, it's healthy, shiny , silky with not a dry end in sight!!! This is a must have for any woman who likes to style her hair with an hairdryer or straighteners, yes I did spray my hair 3 times but it was worth it , you have to do it were you do your hair step by step by using the spray protector, I wouldn't myself just spray it once if using a dryer & straighners at the Same time as both give off heat on your hair , I will certainly style my hair the same way in the future 😉 🥰😍 Thank you so much for such a fantastic product!! Great products that’s easy to use with just a few sprays. Smells great and protects my hair. Would recommend.

So far its good , it does the job, my hair doesnt feel dry so it has somewhat protected. When putting it on the fragrance smells nice but blowdrying im not a huge fan of the smell, but once the heat smell has disappeared it smells good. My hair doesnt feel sticky either

I never write a review. But this heat protection spray is amazing. My hair feel so soft and shiny. Very impressed. Definitely be buying it again. And it’s a great price for a decent size bottle. Smells good too. Don’t hesitate in buying. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Lovely product, protects my hair nicely

I’ve been looking for a cheaper option for heat protector spray and already use the tresemme shampoo and conditioner. This product is light weight and doesn’t leave a greasy feel in my hair, it has a really nice smell that isn’t overpowering which I like . Left my hair soft and shiny and looking foward to seeing the difference from constantly using heat without protection and seeing if my hair health changes.
